Raised on Long Island, in New York, Emily has always had a love for storytelling. From a young age, she became introduced to writing and she then found her passion and purpose in life. She completed her MA in Journalism at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism in Times Square, with a focus in health and science journalism.
